Terms of Service

The rules that govern buying and using anything sold through cyphr_x. Read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them.

Version 2.4 Effective 09 Aug 2026 Governed by EU law

01 — Accounts

You need an account to buy anything. Keep your credentials to yourself: anything done through your account is treated as done by you, and we cannot distinguish a shared login from a stolen one.

Turn on two-factor authentication if you store payment methods or hold active licences. It is the only control that survives a leaked password.

One person, one account. Registering several accounts to reuse introductory pricing or to get around a suspension ends with all of them closed.

02 — Licences

Buying a product buys a licence to use it, not the software itself. The licence is personal, non-transferable, and valid for the period and device count shown on the product page.

  • Device slots are listed per product. Exceeding them locks the key until a reset.
  • HWID resets are available from your account panel, subject to the limit on that licence.
  • Sharing, reselling, or publishing a key ends the licence with no refund.

Licences renew on the date shown in your account. Cancel any time before that date and nothing further is charged.

03 — Payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include applicable tax. Payment is taken in full at checkout; delivery is immediate and automatic.

Failed or reversed payments suspend the associated licences until the balance is settled. A chargeback raised without contacting support first closes the account permanently.

04 — Refunds

Digital goods are delivered instantly, so the statutory cooling-off period does not apply once a key has been revealed. We still refund in two cases:

  • The product does not work as described and support cannot resolve it within 72 hours.
  • The key was never revealed or activated and the request arrives within 14 days.

Refunds return to the original payment method within five working days. Requests outside these cases are declined, and buying the wrong product by mistake is not grounds for one.

05 — Acceptable use

Do not use anything bought here to access systems you do not own or have written permission to test, to disrupt a service, or to break the law where you live.

We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. We do not monitor how you use a product, but we act on credible reports of harm.

06 — Availability

We target 99.9% availability for delivery and licence validation, measured monthly. Live figures are on the status page.

Maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance where the work is planned. Emergency work may happen without notice.

07 — Liability

Products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the product it concerns during the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud — those cannot be excluded and we do not try to.

08 — Changes

These terms change as the service changes. Material revisions are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and the version number at the top of this page is bumped.

Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not, cancel before it takes effect and we refund the unused part of any active licence.
